NOTE: If your domain name is managed through Cloudflare, you will have to perform these steps first, before attempting the instructions listed here.
To create a subdomain in cPanel, follow these steps:
-
Log in to your cPanel account.
-
In the "Domains" section, click on the "Subdomains" icon.
-
In the "Create a Subdomain" section, enter the name of the subdomain you want to create in the "Subdomain" field.
-
In the "Domain" dropdown menu, select the domain that you want to create the subdomain for.
-
In the "Document Root" field, enter the directory where you want the subdomain's files to be stored.
-
Click the "Create" button to create the subdomain.
Once the subdomain is created, you can access it by going to the subdomain's URL in a web browser. For example, if you created a subdomain named "subdomain" for the domain "example.com", you would access the subdomain by going to "subdomain.example.com" in your web browser.
